
I’m super excited to offer signed copies of The Southern Keto Cookbook!
I’ve literally been dreaming of writing a cookbook since I was a kid. I was probably the only 10 year old that worked all summer to perfect their French croissant recipe! I’ve always felt a deep connection to food an the experiences surrounding it, and thanks to the many bustling kitchens I grew up in, I know first hand the joy, comfort, love and heart warming impressions amazing, home cooked comfort food can leave on someones soul.
I’ve always been a huge introvert, but my food was always the one way I could communicate with people who I was. It was hands down my favorite part about owning a restaurant and it’s the best part of being able to share these recipe with you!
Over the past few months, I’ve put my heart, soul and much of my history into The Southern Keto Cookbook and I’m super proud of the recipes in it. In the beginning, I thought 100 recipes would be so difficult to come up with, but in the end it was so hard to narrow down to 100 for the book! I tested a ton of recipes, served them up to unsuspecting Ranch guests and family and finally narrowed it down to a collection of 100 keto Southern inspired recipes that embraced the comfort food classics with a healthy dose of new, inventive recipes mixed in!

ALLERGEN LABELS & TIPS
All the recipes include allergen labels to indicate whether a recipe is dairy-free, nut free, egg- free, etc and all the recipes in the book are gluten free! Many recipes also have tips and options for eliminating allergens and tweaking the recipes to fit your individual dietary needs.
The majority of the recipes also have tips on time saving, troubleshooting or variation tips to show you how to change a few ingredients to get a whole new recipe!
